Discovery refuses to pay claim that i'm entitled to on my plan

I recently got the sports injury benefit activated as i am on the Smart Classic Plan. This was done by my network GP as he referred me to a Chiro.

I have been for 3 treatments at the Chiro, none of which Discovery will pay through the activated benefit. I made sure they submitted the activated codes and got the referring Doctor on the claim. Still they wont pay.

But yet in the T'c and C's of my plan, this is a benefit.

Discovery please make this right

Nothing has been sorted out. Even Head Office wont pay my claim. Its not been over 2 months! The Smart Classic plan is a lie. Discovery doesn't cover Chiro or Physio visits under the sports benefit activation. My chiro has submitted numerous times exactly what the consultants asked for and they still wont pay.
