Discovery refuses to let me go to a lower medical aid plan.

Hi. To start of. I am on classic saver Discovery plan and want to go to keycare plus chronic. Discovery refuses to do that. Because of my chronic epilepsy i can not afford the large ammount that i have to pay that is why i want to go to a lower cheaper medical aid plan. BUT DISCOVERY REFUSES.
