DISCOVERY REFUSES TO DISPENSE MEDICATION ON TIME

My father is on chronic medication. The last set of medication was dispensed 5 June 2019. Usually, his medication becomes available for dispensing a few days before 1 month lapses. The new dispensing date is now on the 8th of July 2019.

When the pharmacist called discovery they were told to tell the patient that according to them (discovery), he should have enough medication so the date remains the same. (A LATER DATE!!!!!)

These meds EXPIRE in 30 days! How can my dad have enough meds until 8 JULY. I would like to know who is Discovery and it's representatives to say that a patient has enough medication when the Doctor has prescribed these meds for a specific purpose.

Without these meds, my dad could loose his eyesight if he misses our on just ONE DOSE of his meds.

At no point do you debit our account 3 days later do you, Discovery? Although you probably "have enough".
