discovery refuses to assist pregnant women

I submitted a claim for 2nd trimester screening tests which clearly state on the form what I'm testing for , how many weeks I'm pregnant and why these tests are done. I claimed through the medical aid and this was settled. Since the abnormality tests came back positive, I was informed that discovery is the only medical aid that pays for these tests. I had to undergo the 2nd screening tests which again confirms i'm pregnant only this time I receive a bill, the tests again clearly state that i'm pregnant but I was still supposed to call and inform you that i'm pregnant?? how does this make any sense? the claim itself states that I'm pregnant. and now i'm told I was supposed to call first for my claim to be settled ? no claim can ever be settled without you being aware what the claim is for. You've had the proof all along,. what more do you need? do you want to see my belly for proof ? what song must I sing for you to understand to say i'm pregnant??
