Discovery refuses to answer re claim

In November 2015 I emailed Discovery asking whether or not they cover some treat that both my son and I need. This treatment is life saving. I have followed up on many occasions and each time I am told that I will get an answer within 4-5 working days. <br> It is now nearly 5 months later and still nothing!!
