Discovery refuses to acknowledge that I need chronic medication

I visited Dr for yearly check-up and was prescribed Metformin & Adco Atorvastatin as chronic medication.

Discovery rejected both medications.

I have been taking Atormax-20 since 2017 in Mauritius. I brought my stock of medication including HBP tablets when I came back in May 2019.

Now I am running out of Atormax and Discovery is refusing to acknowledge the fact that I need this medication.
