Discovery Refuses to Accept Debit Order Changer from One Bank to Another

<p>On 3 January 17, I went to another bank to switch over my account from Nedbank</p> <p>As I have various Debit/Stop Orders on my account, (Discovery is one of them), they were contacted by the bank to acknowledge change of bank details - Guess what - They Refused the request.</p> <p>I treid to contact them and no joy, even went onto the Website complaints still no joy</p> <p>My fustration is if Discovery sends through on the Nedbank account the debit order will not be honoured- So whose fault will it be?</p> <p>Time is of the essence, as today is 12 Jan 17</p>
