DISCOVERY REFUSED TO APPROVE MY MUMS GYNEA VISIT!

<p>I am soo disgusted with the treatment I am getting from Discovery. I recently put my mum on the keycare plus medical Aid plan. I was happy that I finally was able to afford it for my mum as she is not working. She needs to see a gynaecologist based on pap smear results she obtained from a public clinic when she was asked to re do the pap smear as it came back with abnormal results. After our GP had sent in documentation and 3 weeks of waiting, we get declined and she is unable to see the gynaecologist. What **** is this. I am paying for what! The delay is ridiculous and now my mum is in pain with no clue as to what is going on inside of her. Her health is detoriating and the medical aid dissapproves of her seeing her gynaecologist. Healthcare is absolutely pathetic. This is how people end up with fatal illnesses and end up dying early!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
