Discovery refuse to pay in hospital bills

I have no words to describe the in inhumane and disrespectful why that the worst medical aid that was born in South Africa is treating a family that is experiencing the deepest loss of a family member and then they refuse to pay bill that occur in hospital. No one even tries to get back to us???? My dad was a member of Discover all his life and this is the why discover treat members whom pass away???? Heartless is not even cover it. My mom was even removed from the medical aid with out any warning for Discover. People be warned refrain for using Discover as it will always disappoint you. I demand that the payment is paid in full with in the next 24 hours or i will involve the media as well as the ombudsman. FINAL WARNING NOW WE TAKE ACTION!!!. I demanded a formal letter signed by Discovery's CEO a letter of apology to my mom whom had to endure discoveries abuse.
