Discovery Refusal to pay for Covid Test

I have been trying to get a refund for my R850 covid test for past 2 months, Apparently I am entitled to 2 covid tests per annum under current Discovery premiums and would assume Discovery would be in favour of its members going for tests when concerned. Please can Discovery explain on this open forum why they are refusing this claim.
