Discovery really let me down with simple things...extremely disappointed

I was admitted into hospital 3 weeks ago They told me that I had to fast in order for going for my procedure The days passes and I hear nothing about my procedure I'm a extremely diabect pattern with levels reaching dangerously hi. So I'm hungry and thirsty. When I questioned the staff, they tell me that I haven't even been admit correctly, (how is this possible) after all that got eventually sorted, I went for a procedure and now the tell me I'm owing 1900 The person at discovery told me that I should have been informed prior to this and I had to sign.it off. I'm a sick pensioner Honestly I'm extremely disappointed in the service and admin at this hospital I'm going back on the 11 for a second procedure and I want everything to go smoothly. Iv got more than 1 complicated apart my high sugar and we depend on u Dr's to help us.please discovery take some pride and use ethics when dealing with patients especially older ones. Once this is over I will post another feedback and this time with names.
