Discovery - quick to take premiums, but very slow to refund.

Quick to charge exorbitant monthly fees, but slow to pay refunds!! Suddenly payment date on the app means nothing, even if you query with the contact centre you get fed BS. Payment date on app for refund is: 14/07/2022, today is the 16/07/2022! And its been happening quite a bit lately, which now makes their average turn around time more than 8 days in total. Really not worth R8700 a month. Failing to understand why its taking longer to get refunds. Its not worth the money in premiums and the 7% increase. No other option than to lodge a complaint on this forum.
