DISCOVERY QUERY STILL UNRESOLVED 2 YEARS LATER

This is the second time I have had to review on Hello Peter to get a response. As per my previous rating, the issue has still not been resolved. After my previous post I was almost immediately contacted by someone from the Claimsco Department and thought that things would finally be resolved after more than 2 years. He never contacted me again, and oncemore we are back to square one. I have now had to pay the doctor myself, a very large amount, since they are threatening legal action. I need this resolved ASAP
