Discovery promises

Discovery Application in terms of claims are deceptive because it tells you your claim has been paid when it has not. I have had this problem for the last 4 months. I have had interactions from agents, supervisors and managers alike to sort this out but just empty promises. They say will correctify this but it is now the 3rd time.. In addition to this I then only get reimbur*****t 2 weeks later when they promise 2 days later! I’m times like these businesses must keep their promise! This is bordering on ********* behavior.. Unacceptable! I think they must do away with claims on their App! It’s unreliable!
