Discovery Primary Care-WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

The service form Discovery Primary Care is disgusting. On my Primary Care medical aid, they have added a dependent that I don't even know about without my consent. Last month I received a membership card with only my details on it ( which is correct) and now this morning I also received another membership card which shows the added dependent of which I don't even know (not related to). I have made a call to the call center and was told that they will "try" to sort it out withing 3 days and it's not even guaranteed that it will been done, since I was told they will "try".

I am really disgusted by the level of services received with this primary care B** S** I don't want to wait three days for this matter to be sorted out, I want it to be sorted out immediately!!

This is not even the first incident, the first time my application was delayed and secondly they removed the trauma benefit without my knowledge the administrators at Primary Care are uns****ful, unprofessional and clueless about their job.

I want this matter sorted out ASAP!!
