Discovery!!! price fixing/ collussion which one is it?

Wow really appalled at Discovery's Service. The last review i wrote i received a response that they would look into my exorbitant medical aid fees due to me being on a comprehensive plan. Its been a while and i have not received any response or suggestion nor offered a solution for my predicament. Please dont advise a consultant to call me and tell me its due to my condition that i have to pay that price for my plan because i feel that's a *******, offer a solution! dont have parrots calling me repeating the same thing.
