Discovery Prepaid Health is a JOKE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I purchased a prepaid R300 voucher. Its the most useless voucher I ever bought. I went to the Dr CN parker in Sea Point and due to problems with discovery and themselves. They refuse to take patient with vouchers. How this became the consumers problem is the death of me. I am extremely ill and I was refused medical care. I cant go to another DRm, as I used my money to by this stupid voucher. They wanted to charge me R540 while they sort out there issues regarding payment with discovery. CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY MONEY BACK, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY, as you are not keeping up to your end of the agreement and close my prepaid profile. I will attached my BANKING DETAILS. This is ridiculous. I paid for a service I cant use, but you don't want to give my money back. I DONT WANT TO HERE ABOUT T's AND C's. You broke our contract when I was refused medical care by your providers.
