DISCOVERY PREMIUM INCREASE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION
I would like to start off by saying Discovery is pathetic in giving feedback, my reference number for my complaint is ***. I had been corresponding via email with you guys with regards to why two different premiums have been dictated to me for the 2016 period. That last premium of a R200 difference from what I have been initially quoted being ridiculous. This is not my first complaint about your company. I am very disgusted with your lack of service and feedback. I send an enquiry on the 08/01/2016 from the last remittance I received and to date no feedback!!!<br>

Thank you for your comment.
As we were unable to reach you telephonically feedback has been sent via email. We confirmed the income category is correct based on the information provided.
Income is considered as: The higher of the main member, member beneficiary earnings, commission and rewards from employment; interest from investments; income from leasing of assets or property; distributions received from a trust, pension and/or provident fund; receipt of any form of financial assistance received directly or indirectly from any source; and income from any statutory social assistance programme.
I am sorry that a different outcome could not be provided however the decision is inline with the Scheme rules.
