Discovery - Poor service

Discovery don't want to add my grandchild as dependent onto my medical aid. My son and the mother give my permission to carry on. When I phone them (I have to phone in each time) they inform me they can't add the child, otherwise one of the parents must also be added. I even told the lady can't they see that this is money into their pocket each and every month, no she can't do anything about it. Otherwise both the parents must be out of a job, that was also another one I got from them.
