DISCOVERY POINTS!
*** (18 Dec 2020) ; *** (15 Dec) ;***. 7 calls into the contact centre, 4 ,7,11(2 calls), &15(3 calls) Dec , NOT ONCE WAS I CALLLED BACK FOR FEEDBACK after being told i would be called with feedback!!! i keep having to call back. my query still unresolved! unaccounted points! my app & the website showed 99060 points for weeks!, now points are missing! surely you guys can see this on your system! i trusted that your app & website was accurate & now i am being asked for screenshots!!!! where have the points gone or is your app and website displaying incorrect information?
