Discovery PMB not updated since 15 Jan. PMB Letter incorrectly issued with incorrect Doctor and Practice number
*** PMB submitted 11 Jan 2023 PMB Letter incorrectly issued with incorrect Doctor and Practice number 15Jan 2024. Called Discovery Multiple times (about a dozen times). Discovery has not done anything. Discovery clearly do not appreciate my 10 years of service
