Discovery, PLEASE refund my money immediately.

I had to pay Discovery an amount of R221.28 on the 23rd Jan 2024. I was not well, and I made a HUGE mistake, and instead of paying R221.28, I paid Discovery an amount of R221028.00!!!! I have spent HOURS on the phone to Discovery, I have called them many times, but they have STILL NOT REFUNDED my money.
