Discovery playing with lives?

It's funny how things are all great when you need give a large peice of your pay check to Discovery on a monthly basis but when finally you get sick and you need to call on them for help they seem to try find any excuse to not provide help...

My mother is lying in her bed, cant go to work and is in alot of pain while Discovery trying to find ways to not authorize her treatment. Cmon guys this is really disgusting. You have no issue taking money every month why can u not just do your part fairly.
