Discovery *********** pensioners and the unemployed

Good day I am extremely disappointed in Discovery health as they have authorized an increase on a pensioners medical contribution to over R3500 how would a pensioner be able to pay that. My mum has sent all the relevant documents required on the 12 December 2023 and received a confirmation email with reference *** to confirm the documents were received, but still they increased the medical aid contribution to over R3500. How does Discovery expect pensioners to pay amounts higher then their monthly income received. I need this issue resolved ASAP as this type of behavior is ******** and as a Discovery customer i feel that you a *********** the people. As a loyal Discovery customer you will be loosing not just one member but an entire family of members if this is not resolved.
