Discovery pension fund

Guys please be aware of discovery Provident fund process. I would not recommend these services to anyone else because it's a bad experience to get my Provident fund from them. Im almost 1 month busy with them as the complaints department is so useless to assist you. I did email the relevant departments such as the Provident adjudicator PFA to assist me. I did email the complains department to assist me as I get no feedback from them. I did email the discovery principle to assist. I work for telesure 2 years and I'm struggling to get my Provident fund claim process. I did email the FAISombud to assist. The lady who works for telesure is boitumelo. *** this is her email can someone from discovery please email her and do my claim on her behalf. As it is her job.her senior is Benjamin. ***. Can someone from the PFA and FAISombud please contact this idiot and enquire about my pension fund claim as he said his not responsible for this claim. Telesure is a great company to work for but why must they employees struggle to get a respond or the Provident claim from the employer. *** Pamm... *** please email this lady and ask her to have phone etiquette.
