DISCOVERY #PAY BACK THE MONEY

<p>In December 2016 I resigned from Discovery medical aid, and was supposed to be paid my medical savings refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called them on Jan 6 ,2017 and was then told that I have to wait for 4 months bfore paymet can be made.</p> <p> </p> <p>They however offered and alternative where I was supposed to give them m banking details and proof of bank account with a letter that indemify Discovery of all calims from medical service providers, which I have done.</p> <p> </p> <p>After weeks of calling them and writing emails they eventually responded on the 1st of Feb 2017, with the following "</p> <p>Dear Mr Roman</p> <p>Thank you for contacting us. </p> <p>Refund</p> <p>I can confirm our Finance Department has released the amount owed to you. Please allow 72 hours for the fund to clear in your bank account. Funds will be transferred to a First National Bank cheque account under the name R.Roman. Account ending *******4515.</p> <p>If you have any more questions, please call us on ***, email ********** or visit www.discovery.co.za</p> <p><br />Regards<br />Duran Moodley <br />Discovery Health (Pty) Ltd <br />On behalf of Discovery Health Medical Scheme"</p> <p> </p> <p>The promise payment did not happen and when I called them on Moday 7 Feb 2017, they promise to get the mater resolved and that a lady by the name of Donna Moodley will call be back on 7 Feb 2017, I called them again on the 7th and once again a lady by the name of Hlubi promise to get back to me on the 8th Feb..</p> <p>Instead of me getting my funds or a phone call from Discovery I recieved this mail..</p> <p>Dear Mr Roman</p> <p>Thank you for contacting us. </p> <p>Member Number ********** 50</p> <p>Medical Savings Refund</p> <p>Kindly be advised that we have sent your request for approval, your reference number is ********** 950.</p> <p>Please allow 2 to 3 working days for feedback.</p> <p>We do apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused.</p> <p>If you have any more questions, please call us on ***, email ********** or visit www.discovery.co.za</p> <p><br />Regards<br />Muhsin Rajah <br />Discovery Health (Pty) Ltd <br />On behalf of Discovery Health Medical Scheme</p> <p> </p> <p>At this point I am not sure if Discovery have the money that is due to me</p>
