Discovery - Pay back my money !!

<p>We app**** at Discovery for Medical Aid for my mother from 1 February 2017. My mom is still a member of Momentum until 31 January 2017.</p> <p>The first installment of R 3060 should have only been deducted on 1 February 2017.</p> <p>Discovery deducted the first payment on 1 January 2017 and is refusing to pay back my money. This resulted in me having to borrow money to ensure that my other payment obligations go through.</p> <p>January is the longest month and I am getting no assistance whatsoever from Discovery. My husband and I are both Discovery members and our policies are with Discovery but I have lost all my faith in them. They can't even solve a basic administrative error. </p>
