Discovery pathways

Discovery made this thing called pathways where you go for health screeings then you get rewarded through Discovery miles and some money in your medical aid savings account (MSA), I went for pap smear and mammogram then rewarded 11500 miles which I can't see on my banking app, I called them since the 17th of April to date, it has no been resolved i have been promised someone will call me back regarding my query but nothing happened, I logged a query on the 29th of April which they said it takes 3-5 working days to be resolved but nothing happened, I even feel like they are playing games with me, they are not trusted.
