Discovery... pathetic service... again and again.

Very quick to take our money, but when it comes time to sort out a claim... nothing. I've been waiting for over a month and after emailing, calling and facebooking them - I have heard NOTHING. Pathetic service from a company who supposedly prides itself the wellbeing of its customers...
