DISCOVERY PATHETIC!!
I CANNOT GET THROUGH TO ANYBODY ABOUT MY COMPLAINT! I HAVE AUTHORITY ON MY MOM'S ACCOUNT. SHE IS 90 YRS OLD. DONE THIS FOR MANY YEARS! SUDDENLY I AM TOLD I DO NOT HAVE AUTHORITY!!
WHAT IS WRONG WITH DISCOVERY?!
CANNOT EVEN CALL TO SPEAK TO ANYONE!! AFTER 2 HOURS ON MY OWN AIRTIME I GIVE UP!!!!
