Discovery Pathetic Aid

I have been a client for more then 10 year now. I convinced my parents to leave their previous medical aid and join Discovery. What a big mistake! They are fast to take their money monthly but pathetic when it comes to client service and lack thereof. My mother needs urgent hospitalization because she is very sick, but after spending R150 in airtime trying to get info from the Discovery client service center, she is still not hospitalized. I will keep Discovery medical aid responsible if my mother dies due to their ignorance to help their clmy mother. I will go out of my way to inform all of how Discovery treats their clients.
