discovery pathetic

Dear Discovery

I have been promised an investigation, review and a call back for the last 2 months. To date nobody has called me back. How is this going to be different? I feel like I am dealing with a bunch of *********** idiots who cannot even get things right between departments, and easily blame different departments for the lack of service. Oh and by the way I was told that the case manager that was to look at my issue is in hospital, so nobody else can assist. Do you only have one person who can do this job?
