Discovery paid the Dr instead of reimbursing me for the consultation that I've paid for

Discovery paid my self payment consultation to the service provider instead of reimbursing me. I've provided therm with a copy of receipt confirming I've paid R800 to the Dr for consultation dated 15th December. To my shock, when logging into the App today, they've paid the Dr instead of me. The Dr only claims for injections, as patients are required to self fund for consultations and clsim back from their medical aid scheme
