DISCOVERY PAID A BOGUS CLAIM

I am so ANNOYED and feel ********** by Discovery Health. Late yesterday (3/7/2019), I got a notification that some Pathologist Doctor will be paid from my MSA for the service provided on the 25th June'19 (paying on the same day I'm notified), I was NOT SICK/ ILL that day, neither did I need a Specialist attention. My problem is that Discovery has already paid this BOGUS CLAIM and only notifies me after!!!! I DON'T KNOW THIS DOCTOR AND I WANT THAT MONEY REVERSED BACK INTO MY MEDICAL SAVINGS ACCOUNT!!!!! Had I received a notification before the date of payment, I possibly would have been able to make you aware that this is a BOGUS CLAIM. I WANT MY MONEY BACK INTO MY MSA!!!!
