Discovery over complicates everything!!!

Discovery Medial Aid has proved to be the most unhelpful medical aid I hve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I am trying to obtain membership certificates fm them and again!!!! they expect me to jump through hoops, the same as when I requested a quote to rejoin. I mean, is what I am asking rocket science?? Discovery responds via email saying yes, we hve your certificate, but go to this link, via that link, then request an OTP and go to another link. I asked Bonitas for my old Membership Certificate and received same in 24 hrs, Discovery - you are getting too big for your boots, come down to earth and de-tech your process and assist your ex clients, plse!!!!
