Discovery or our Governement ? there are more similarities than you think

Well they both charge exorbitant prices, justify the increases even when they clearly excessive, over promise and under deliver. I have now submitted a simple claim for a doctor’s visit twice and no luck yet. I sent an email with my medical aid number in the subject and please process and refund member in the body together with the attached paid invoice to *** - I get an email back “Unclear image submitted”. Looking at the image that they attached, it wasn’t as clear as mine but still perfectly legible. I decided must I waste my time and argue…….so I took a nice new picture with my phone/scanner and resent the email. This time I get an email back "No membership number supp**** on claim” – well in case you missed it I mentio0ned above its in the subject.
