Discovery operates underhandedly

I recently changed from the Classic Saver to the SMART plan. My wife and daughter went to see our GP on Saturday. Discovery rejected the whole claim. Only now I am told that my GP does not form part of their network. How the hell am I supposed to know if they did not send me a list of the GPs in their network? Stop operating like a loan shark and give your damn members the information they require to make informed decisions. You are just good enough to ***** from your members and totally abscond from your responsibility as a responsible medical aid.
