DISCOVERY ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!

My pregnancy has been made extremely miserable by Discovery! They are refusing to pay a claim from my gynecologist and their reasoning behind it is the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my life! The sales agent never ever advised me about any referal process all she advised was for me to activate the maternity benefit on my app which I did and then after my waiting periods I may start using my maternity benefits

I have logged this issue to the ombudsman as I have multiple calls where they admitted that this was their fault and that it would be sorted

They are refusing to provide us with the key calls which would be the initial sales call and the call where the agent confirmed this is an error on their end

ODWA is the most rudest manager EVER! as he advised my husband that this would be sorted out and they will contact my husband the following day, that was 1 week ago and no one has contacted my husband! Instead we have to keep calling them!!! He speaks in a very condescending manner and is blatantly nonchalant about his job!

I hate this medical aid and I will do everything in my power to prevent new clients from joining! I'm taking this to social media and also contacting blogs to write about this
