Discovery only employ people who can lie convincingly

After several phone calls, emails and promises to feed back to me, I have decided that Discovery does not care for it's members. I have filled in forms to request that a certain supplier be paid, received reference numbers and phone calls promising me feedback but that is as far as it has gone. I have started investigating alternative Medical Aids as I have NO intention to be a member of Discovery by 1 January 2018. Thank you but no thank you. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THE BULL . . . T !
