Discovery - Only care about your money.

It is a pity that ratings can not be a negative as I will give them a -10.

On my plan I am covered for a procedure, yet when my Dr. app**** for authorization it was declined. Not based on what the Dr. said but based a waiting period that has NOTHING to do with the waiting period. But NO, why would they check, it is easier to say it is related to the waiting period. The waiting period is for hypertension but the authorization app**** for was for either a hernia or an ulcer. How they get the two together is beyond belief. I will say it again, Discovery is just as bad as the Government hospitals. The only difference is you have to pay Discovery and arm and a leg for the same ****. I will NEVER recommend Discovery to any one, even if they are the only one available. ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND NOTHING ABOUT THE PATIENT.

I WILL CHALLANGE THE MANAGEMENT OF DISCOVERY AGAIN TO GO ON THE LOW PLANS THEMSELFS AND SEE IF THEY ARE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I GARENTEE THAT THEY WILL NOT DO THIS AS THEY ALL ARE YELLOW.
