Discovery only after the dollars

So Discovery forces you to take 2 days off work, to see doctors out of your area (their "preferred network") and then, even though you are on Oncology benefits, they won't tell you the minimum size for cancers they cover. They refused to pay my breast biopsy (my sister died of breast cancer) and skin cancer, saying I treated the mole "too early" and "too small" and should rather gave ended up with a facial graft off my forehead. Read the fine print, and note that they refuse to share "other information " with members, such as this elusive minimum size for cancer. Folks, basically they punish you for treating early and quickly! Not a happy client. 6 calls, 40min on hold today alone. Oh I can confirm they are a business, and don't care about the client, only the $$$.
