Discovery Online System is beyond useless and waste of their clients time!!

Discovery medical aid online system is absolutely useless for one of the most expensive medical aides on the planet. I try use their online system to ask about unpaid claims and surprise surprise all my recent claims on THEIR system are reflecting on a date that i submitted no claims at all so the agent can't help me! Then in the chat you are meant to be able to upload docs but surprise surprise the agent cannot see anything I upload! In addition the agent cheekily asks me to respond to a whole lot of questions then says they are going to end the call because I am taking too long! The cheek and arrogance of this company is astounding!
