Discovery online service is dissapointing!

Discovery prompted me to choose my "primary care doctor", and going to their website, after logging in in for the third time and allowing Discovery to access my location, I was taken to a page where I could choose my primary doctor. My primary care doctor's rooms are exactly two blocks away from my home address, and yet she was not listed and the search facility did not lead me anywhere - by the way, the provided list is not alphabetical. Then I had the option to go to the Google Earth map to select, and her location was listed as a restaurant, while going to Google maps on a new tab, showed her practice clearly. So, they are clearly not providing acceptable service in the "selecting my primary care doctor". NOT GOOD after 22 years of paying them every month!!!!!!!!!!!!!
