Discovery oncology Krissy Naidu arrogance is pathetic and keeps saying I cannot confirm when we ask questions , discovery refuses to do prevention cancer scans following my husbands diagnosis

My husband went for treatment for cancer and yearly goes for scans and bloods to confirm the cancer has not returned. Every single year his ACTIVE oncology benefit has paid for the bloods and PET scan ordered by the oncologist. Now His case manager Kirssy Naidu refuses to pay for his PET scan post therapy to confirm the cancer hasn't been returned.

The reasoning by discovery is they changed their clinicical criteria. Therefore no longer wants to pay my husbands confirmation that he doesnt have cancer anymore.

The case manager keeps saying she can't confirm. She can't confirm why the previous scans were covered.

So basically discovery is REFUSING to pay for his cancer benefit following his 5 year window.
