Discovery now refusing to let me get my medication

I was informed by discovery that my membership has been xferred to my personal capacity. I was informed that i can go thro Ave fetch my chronic medication, when i went thro to dischem, they informed me that discovery had put a block on my medication, i called the call center again, they apologized a said the matter will be rectified and I'll be notified at 8 today, no call was received, i called discovery now and they canceled my membership. I also spoke to someone who put me on hold for a long time just to hang up on me. When and how am i supposed to get my chronic medication
