Discovery not taking Kimberley, Northern Cape seriously.

When I took the medical aid, I was already residing in Kimberley. This guy allowed me to take the Classic Smart plan. 6 months down the line, I am sick and Disoverry (Thandeka Dlamini) tells me there is no doctor/ hospital in the entire Kimberley that I can consult with on this plan. I asked her to help me change it since she says I can only go to Bloem (around 200KM) from where I reside, she tells me it’s not possible until next year January.

What is the point of paying R3 200 if I cannot have a mere GP consultation with the medical aid? What is going to happen if I get into an accident while in Kimberley/ I need to be admitted?

Dishearten and disappointed much.
