Discovery not sympathetic to President request or its members

After receiving instructions from our President to stay at home from Thursday 26/03 to 16/04I decided to go to DISCHEM to collect my chronic medication and to my suprise I was told that I can only collect from the 27/03. I would think that discovery on an abnormal situation that we are all finding ourselves due to the epidemic would sympathize with the chronic patients relaxing their rules and not exposing them to this virus defying even the president instructions. I did phone discovery to lodge a complain and was told that management are looking at the matter...???? By the way I also feel that discovery forgot to be what they started as "MEDICAL AID" reason is that before I could speak to a consultant about my problem I waited 3,5 minutes listening to instructions (Press 1/2/3,etc) in order to be successful in my endeavour. All the companies that discovery decided to open (LIFE,VITALITY,INSURANCE,BANKING,CARD,EXPRESS MEDICINES were prioritized before I managed to speak with the consultant. I wonder if management is aware of this and I dread to think how a pensioner with cell phone can afford the superfluous expense. Discovery get a line dedicated to what you are suppose to be " MEDICAL AID".
