Discovery - not so helpfull as we wished

Discovery why can you not assist people when we want to make arrangements for payments? This month is going to be hard to pay our installment - my husband only pays the 25th of the month. I tried phoning, but the consultant said there is no way I can make an arrangement! This is our health! Other companies allow you to pay later - but not the people who must assist with our health???
