Discovery not responding to my IRP5 REQUEST
I need my tax certificate and have been writing to Discovery without any success. It has been more than a week. I did everything I needed to do, update my profile, whatsapp communication, etc.
I need my IRP5 and all I get is a call from *** asking me if I want to get Discovery medical aid. You are quick to ask me for a medical aid sale but not quick enough to help get an IRP5 to submit my taxes. What happened to putting clients first?
