DISCOVERY NOT RENDERING A SERVICE

<p>My daughter was diagnosed with cancer and on 28/07/2017 DISCOVERY was requested to approve both radiology and chemo teartment. She is a fully paid up member of DISCOVERY. DISCOVERY issued a ref nr ********** 079 on 28/07/2017 at 9.24 am.</p> <p>Untill today and with a number of time wasting calls BY BOTH THE ONCOLOGIST AND THE PATIENT to the DISCOVERY CALL CENTRE rendered no response. They have not given the approval for radiology as was requeste and precribed by the treating ONCOLOGIST.</p> <p>DISCOVERY has no regard at all for the pain and suffering of the patient. They are recless and playing with a life threatening sitaution.</p> <p>MEMBERSHIP NR ********** 00 is is only a number but the patient is of no concern to DISCOVERY.</p>
